SQUASH CUSTARD PIE 
2 c. cooked squash, mashed
1 tbsp. melted butter
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. powdered cloves
1/4 tsp. ginger
3 eggs, slightly beaten
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine eggs, sugar and salt. Add milk, vanilla, squash and spices. Mix well. Pour into unbaked 9 inch pie shell. Bake at 450 degrees in preheated oven. Bake 30-40 minutes or until knife in center comes out clean.
