FIVE HOUR STEW 
2 lb. lean stew meat
4 lg. carrots, thick slices
4 stalks celery, thick slices
1 lg. onion, diced
1 sm. cubed rutabaga (optional)
1 qt. tomatoes, drained
1 c. frozen peas
1/4 c. tapioca

Mix all ingredients together except peas. Put into casserole. Cover. Bake at 250 degrees for 5 hours. Stir occasionally. Add peas last 15 minutes.
