1 c. all purpose flour
1/2 c. salt
2 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tbsp. cooking oil
1 c. water
Food coloring of your choice

Combine all ingredients and cook until stiff and thick, stirring the whole time. Take out and pat on wax paper to cool. Then put in airtight container. Cooks fast.
