CORN BREAD PIZZA 
1 lg. egg
1/2 c. milk
1 (12 oz.) corn muffin mix
1 lb. hamburger or sausage
1 can (1 oz.) mild enchilada sauce
2 tsp. oregano
1 c. shredded cheese

Beat egg and milk in bowl; add muffin mix. Stir until smooth. Spread in greased pizza pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 8-10 minutes.

Brown meat, drain fat. Stir in sauce and oregano. Simmer 3 minutes. Spoon meat mixture over hot crust. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 8-10 minutes.
