1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
1 med. onion, chopped
4 eggs, well beaten
1 (10 oz.) box frozen broccoli, chopped and thawed
6 oz. lowfat cottage cheese
1 stick butter, melted

Mix all ingredients well. Bake for 30 minutes at 400 degrees or until brown.
