SPINACH CASSEROLE LUCILLE 
2 pkgs. frozen spinach
2 tbsp. flour
4 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1/2 c. cream or milk
1/2 c. spinach liquid
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. celery salt
1/2 tsp. garlic
1 roll jalapeno cheese
1 tsp. Worcestershire
Red and black pepper to taste
1/2 c. buttered bread crumbs

Cook spinach according to directions. Drain and reserve liquid.

Melt butter in saucepan over low heat. Add flour, stirring until blended and smooth, but not brown. Add onion and cook until wilted.

Pour in spinach liquid and cream slowly, stirring constantly to avoid lumps. Cook until smooth and thick. Add seasonings and cheese. Stir until melted.

Combine with cooked spinach. Put into a casserole. Top with bread crumbs and place in 350 degree oven until hot. Recipe serves 6.
