SPANISH LIMA BEANS 
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped green pepper, coarsely diced
1/4 c. butter
2 1/2 c. canned tomatoes
5 c. lima beans
1 (12 oz.) tin of corned beef
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. pepper

Cook onions and green pepper in butter for 5 minutes. Combine with the other ingredients and put into casserole dish and bake uncovered for 30 minutes. 8 servings.
