SOUTH OF THE BORDER DIP 
2 (16 oz.) cans refried beans
1 (1.25 oz.) pkg. taco seasoning mix
1 (16 oz.) carton sour cream
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 or 2 pkgs. Tostito Chips

Combine refried beans and taco seasoning mix; spoon mixture into a round Pyrex dish. Spread sour cream over bean mixture; top with Cheddar cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve hot with chips.
