SPAGHETTI PIE 
3 3/4 c. cooked spaghetti, hot
2 tbsp. butter
1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 well beaten eggs
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 c. chopped tomato
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 c. ricotta cheese
1/2 c. mozzarella, shredded
1 green pepper, chopped

Stir butter into hot spaghetti. Stir in Parmesan cheese and eggs. Form into a "crust" in bottom of 10 inch pie pan. Cook ground beef, green pepper and onion until tender. Salt and pepper to taste. Drain grease. Stir in tomatoes, paste and spices.

Spread ricotta over "crust". Add meat mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Top with mozzarella cheese and bake 5 more minutes.
