EASY CARAMEL POPCORN 
1 stick butter
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
12-18 lg. marshmallows
3-4 qts. popped popcorn

Put popped corn in a large container and set aside. Melt butter in a saucepan; add brown sugar and mix well. Add marshmallows and stir until melted. Pour mixture over the popcorn and stir until evenly coated.
