SQUASH BUNS 
2 c. lukewarm milk
2 tsp. salt
2 beaten eggs
1/2 c. squash, mashed (pumpkin)
1/2 c. sugar
2 pkgs. yeast
1/2 c. oil
7 1/2 c. flour

Mix milk, sugar, salt then yeast. Add egg, oil and squash; mix well. Gradually add flour, stir, and then knead. Raise, punch down, rest few minutes. Bake 350 to 375 degrees till done. Makes good: cinnamon rolls, clover leaf rolls, cinnamon bread.

TOPPING FOR CINNAMON ROLLS:

1 c. whipping cream
1 1/2 c. brown sugar

Mix together while on stove. Bring to boil while stirring. Pour generously over top of rolls. Put back in oven for just a few minutes till it starts to bubble. Take out.
