STEAK A LA LEE 
1 lb. sirloin steak
1 1/2 tbsp. oil
Salt
1 diced tomato
1/2 c. diced heart of celery
1/4 c. sliced onion
1 c. sliced lettuce
2 tsp. cornstarch with 3 tbsp. water
1/2 c. water
1/4 c. catsup
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. Accent (opt.)
Dash pepper

Put fry pan on high heat with 1/2 tablespoon oil and salt. Fry steak 2 minutes on each side. Remove and cut into 1" squares. Heat pan with 1 tablespoon oil and salt. Add tomato, celery, onion, lettuce and stir fry 2 minutes. Add water and cook 1 minute. Add steak and cook 1 minute. Add catsup, Worcestershire sauce, sugar, Accent, pepper and cornstarch paste. Cook and stir 1/2 minute. Serve over rice. Serves 2 to 4.
