Yellow cake mix (or chocolate)
1 stick butter
1 egg

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Crumble with fork or potato masher. Press into 13"x9" pan, greased and floured.

8 oz. cream cheese
2 eggs
1 box powdered sugar

Mix with mixer until consistency is creamy. Pour on top of cake mixture. Bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown. Cut into squares.
