CHICKEN LUAU | |
1 (18 oz.) barbecue sauce 2 tbsp. honey 2 to 3 lb. chicken pieces 1 (8 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained In a bowl combine barbecue sauce, pineapple and honey; mix well. Using a 2 foot piece of heavy duty foil, place chicken pieces in center and thoroughly coat with 1/3 of the sauce. Seal by folding all edges securely. Place on grill, 6 inches from source of heat, cook 40 minutes. Remove chicken from heat, take out of foil and place back on grill. Cook 10 to 15 minutes longer, turning often and basting with remaining sauce. Makes 4 to 6 servings. |
