CHICKEN SCALLOP 
4 c. diced, cooked chicken
3 c. fine soft bread crumbs
1 1/2 c. cooked rice
3/4 c. chopped celery
3/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. chicken broth
4 slightly beaten eggs
3/4 c. chopped onion
1/3 c. chopped pimiento
3/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
1 1/2 c. milk

Combine all ingredients. Spoon into 9"x13" baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 55 minutes. Cut in squares. Serve with mushroom sauce.

MUSHROOM SAUCE:

1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c. milk
1 c. sour cream

Combine all ingredients in pan. Heat until hot. Serves 12.
