MOM'S FLANK STEAK 
1 flank steak
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. butter, softened
1 tsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. mustard
1 tsp. onion powder
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. parsley

Score flank steak on both sides. Combine all other ingredients. Spread over both sides of meat. Broil 5-8 minutes per side. Slice meat at an angle.
