1 c. butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. potato flour
1 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder

Mix all ingredients. Roll into long strand 1 inch in diameter. Cut into small slices and roll into ball. Bake in 350 degree oven, 6 to 8 minutes until light brown.
