ORANGE JELLO SOUFFLE 
3/4 c. sugar
1 c. hot water
1 sm. pkg. orange Jello
1 sm. can crushed pineapple
1 sm. can mandarin oranges
Handful of mini marshmallows
1/2 pt. whipping cream

Bring sugar and crushed pineapple (and juice) to boil, medium heat. Stir continually for 3 minutes. Remove from stove. Dissolve Jello in 1 cup hot water.

Mix Jello mixture into pineapple and sugar. Let set in refrigerator. When set, remove. Beat with an electric mixer then whip the 1/2 pint of whipping cream. Gently beat in the whipped cream, into the whipped Jello. Add and fold oranges and marshmallows. Let set.
