CHOCOLATE SAUCE 
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cocoa
2 tbsp. butter
7/8 c. evaporated milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine cocoa and sugar and stir over low heat about 2 minutes. Do not let sugar melt. Add butter and evaporated milk and bring to a boil over medium heat. Boil 1 minute; remove from heat and stir in vanilla.
