FROZEN SLUSH PUNCH 
1 lg. can pineapple juice
4 c. sugar
5 c. water
1 (6 oz.) lemonade
2 (6 oz.) orange juice

Heat pineapple juice, sugar, and water until sugar dissolves; cool. Add lemonade and orange juice; freeze.

To serve, spoon into glasses or punch bowl. Add 7-up. Delicious punch. Good as sherbet, too.
