FROZEN LEMON-CREAM DESSERT 
1 gal. vanilla ice cream
1 sm. can frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
1 carton Cool Whip
3-4 drops yellow food color
Vanilla wafers or other plain cookies, crushed

Soften ice cream; cut into chunks, place into large mixing bowl. With electric mixer, beat until smooth. Add thawed lemonade, Cool Whip and food color. Beat just until mixed - ice cream shouldn't be melted. Pour into 9 x 3 inch pan that contains crushed cookies (as your crust). Freeze. When ready to serve, remove from freezer to soften slightly before cutting. If desired, serve with whipped cream.
