MICROWAVE BEEF & NOODLES 
1 lb. beef chuck, cut into 1 inch cubes
2 (10 1/2 oz.) cans condensed onion soup
1 soup can water
1/3 c. dry white wine
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 (8 oz.) pkg. frozen noodles

Pierce meat deeply on all sides with a large fork. Place meat in deep 3 quart casserole dish. Add onion soup, water, wine and Worcestershire sauce. Mix well, making sugar meat is covered by liquid. Cover and microwave at full power (high) 10 minutes. Microwave at 30% (medium low) for 45 minutes. Stir in frozen noodles, cover, microwave at 30% (medium low) for 45 more minutes or until meat is tender, stirring 1 to 2 times. When meat is tender, stir, then let stand, covered, for 10 minutes. Serve 4 to 5.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
