MEXICAN CORN BREAD | |
2 lbs. ground meat 2 corn bread mixes or 2 1/2 c. mix 1 c. onions, grated 1 lg. can cream corn 1 c. cheese, grated 1 sm. hot pepper Brown meat, mix corn bread, add corn and spread skillet with 1/2 of mix. Layer meat, cheese, onions and thin slices of pepper. Cover with rest of corn bread mix. Cook at 350 degrees until brown. |
