MOCK APPLE BUTTER 
4 c. zucchini squash
1 tsp. cinnamon
Dash allspice
1 tsp. lemon juice
4 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
2 c. sugar
2 drops red food coloring

Zucchini squash - peel, cut away from seed, chop it and put in food processor on puree. Add rest ingredients and cook until thick.
