ORANGE DELIGHT SALAD 
1 pkg. orange Jello (sm.)
1/2 c. sugar
1 can crushed pineapple - juice, do not drain
1 pkg. cream cheese (8 oz.) soften
1 carton Cool Whip
2 jars apricot baby food sm. jar

Put Jello, sugar and pineapple together and bring to a good boil until Jello and sugar are dissolved. Boil 3 minutes. Put in refrigerator to cool until it begins to Jello. Add Jello mixture to cream cheese; mix good. Add apricots and Cool Whip. Put in Jello mold or dish and chill. Garnish top with chopped pecans or shredded Cheddar cheese.
