AVOCADO SAUCE FOR FISH AND
POULTRY
 
1 lg. avocado
1 lime (juice and pulp)
Ground turmeric (pinch)
Chili powder (pinch)
Dried oregano (pinch)
1 tsp. minced garlic

Peel and pit avocado; add lime, spices and garlic. Place in blender and process until smooth. Serve with poached fish, grilled chicken or steamed. Or use as a binder for chicken or fish salad.
