BANANA CREAM PIE 
PECAN CRUST:

1 stick butter, soft
1 c. flour
1/4 c. chopped pecans, fine
1/4 c. sugar

Work with hands. Press into pie pan. Don't put on top edges. Bake at 375 degrees for about 10 minutes. (Very light brown.)

FILLING:

Swiss Miss vanilla pudding (use all 4 cartons)
3/4 sm. carton sour cream

(Taste should be somewhat tart). Spread pudding on bottom. Slice in bananas, top with pudding.
