POTATO CHIP CHICKEN 
1 broiler-fryer, cut up, OR assorted chicken pieces
1 (16 oz.) bag potato chips
1/2 c. butter, melted

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Remove half of potato chips from bag.

Holding top of bag closed, crush remaining chips until they are in small crumbs.

Dip chicken in butter and drop in bag of crumbs.

Shake chicken and then place on rack of broiler pan.

Drizzle remaining butter over chicken.

Bake at 350 degrees. Serves 4.
