1 c. shortening
2 c. sugar

Cream shortening and sugar.

Add to shortening and sugar:

2 eggs, beaten
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla
4 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. raisins
2 c. zucchini

Bake 375 degrees 8-10 minutes. Drop by teaspoon on ungreased cookie sheet.
