1 c. peanut butter
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. soft butter

Mix all ingredients together, drop by teaspoonfuls on DRY baking sheet. Flatten drops with a fork if you wish. Bake at 325 degrees for approximately 13 minutes. Yield: 2 dozen cookies.
