1/2 c. Crisco
2 c. powdered sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. milk
1 lg. egg white
1 tsp. vanilla or other flavoring

Cream shortening until smooth. Add some powdered sugar, then add the salt, milk and vanilla. Add unbeaten egg white and beat until smooth. Add rest of sugar. Mix in any color of food coloring.
