SAUSAGE CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. pork sausage
6 c. potatoes, diced
1 sm. onion, minced
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 can cream style corn
Paprika

1. Cook potatoes and onion for 10 minutes, drain.

2. Cook and brown sausage, drain.

3. Mix all ingredients except paprika.

4. Place in 9 x 13 inch baking dish.

5. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.

6. Sprinkle with paprika and serve.
