RASPBERRY PUDDING 
4 tbsp. butter
1 c. sugar
2 c. flour
4 tsp. baking powder
1 c. milk
2 c. raspberries
1 c. sugar
1 c. hot water

Mix together raspberries, 1 cup sugar, and hot water. Set aside. Cream together butter and sugar. Add flour and baking powder alternately with milk. Put batter in a large buttered casserole dish and pour raspberry mixture on top. Bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees. When done, the berries will be on the bottom. Good with strawberries too.
