EASTER PIE 
4 c. flour
2 tbsp. baking powder
1 tbsp. salt

Add: 1/2 c. oil 4 tbsp. water

Place on floured board and work until smooth. If more flour is needed, add 1 cup, more or less. Roll dough like pie crust. Line bottom of 9-inch cake pan with one crust. Add filling and cover with second crust. Bake at 300 degrees 15 minutes, then at 350 degrees until golden brown. Brush with beaten egg.

FILLING:

8 eggs, beaten
1 handful Mozzarella cheese
1 handful White Basket cheese
1 handful Romano cheese
2 c. black pepper ham

Mix above ingredients all together. Pour into pan. Crimp edges well. Bake.

Note: Above filling is for 1 pie.
