EASTER CRACKLE PIE 
3 sm. pkgs. fruit flavored gelatin, all different flavors
4 1/2 c. hot water
1 env. plain gelatin
1/4 c. cold water
1 c. hot pineapple juice
2 c. heavy cream, whipped (2 pkgs. Dream Whip)
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 graham cracker crusts

Dissolve each package of fruit gelatin in 1 1/2 cups of hot water. Place each in a separate ice cube tray. Let stand until set. Soften plain gelatin in the cold water. Add hot pineapple juice and stir to dissolve. Let cool. Whip cream. Add sugar and vanilla.

Fold this into pineapple juice mixture. (Use no sugar if Dream Whip is used.) Cut the colored gelatins into cubes. Fold into the whipped cream mixture. Spoon into graham crusts. Sprinkle top with graham crackers and chill overnight.
