9 c. any Chex cereal, or mixture
1 c. semi sweet chocolate chips
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/4 c. butter
1/4 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar

Place cereal in large bowl and set aside. Microwave on High 1 to 1 1/2 minutes the chocolate chips, peanut butter and butter. Stir in vanilla. Pour mixture over cereal and stir until all pieces are evenly coated. Pour cereal mixture into a large resealable plastic bag and add powdered sugar. Shake well. Spread on waxed paper to cool. Store in resealable palstic bag or air tight container. Makes 9 cups.

Optional: Add 1 cup peanuts to cereal in the beginning.
