WILD RICE HOT DISH | |
1 c. wild rice 1 1/2 lb. hamburger browned with 1 onion 1 c. chopped celery 2 sm. cans sliced mushrooms 1 can consomme soup 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can cream of chicken soup 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 c. slivered almonds Rinse rice. Cook rice for 40 minutes. Brown hamburger and drain juices. Mix all ingredients together and put in refrigerator overnight. Bake for 2 hours at 350 degrees. |
