ICE CREAM 
Crushed ice cubes
1/4 c. whipping cream
1/8 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tbsp. maple syrup
Pinch of salt

Mix whipping cream, vanilla in a small metal juice can. Add maple syrup and salt. Stir until dissolved. Put in a larger container. Surround with crushed ice and lots of salt. Stir once every 5 minutes for 30 minutes. Eat.

Note: Be careful that no salt gets into the ice cream.
