CANDLELIGHT HOLLY-DAY PUNCH 
2 qt. apple cider
1 qt. orange juice
Juice of 2 lemons
4 (3 inch) cinnamon sticks
2 tbsp. whole cloves
1 tbsp. allspice
Pinch of nutmeg
Pinch of ground mace
1 c. honey

COLD:

Combine all the ingredients in a large saucepan, stir, and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Strain the punch into several large pitchers and refrigerate. At serving time, pour into a large punch bowl and add the holly ice ring.

HOT:

Combine all the ingredients in a large saucepan, stir, and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Strain into a prewarmed punch bowl and serve immediately. 20 punch cup servings.
