IMPOSSIBLE PECAN PIE 
1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
3/4 c. packed brown sugar
3/4 c. milk
3/4 c. light or dark corn syrup
1/2 c. biscuit baking mix
1/4 c. butter, softened
4 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease pie plate, 9" x 1 1/4". Sprinkle pecans in plate. Beat remaining ingredients until smooth, 15 seconds in blender on high or 1 minute with hand beater. Pour into plate. Bake for 50 to 55 minutes.
