ASPARAGUS CASSEROLE 
1/2 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
1/2 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
1 can asparagus
1/3 c. milk
1 pkg. slivered almonds
1 stick butter

Melt 1/4 stick butter in casserole dish. Place 1/4 cup Ritz crumbs over melted butter, then 1/4 cup cheese. Lay asparagus over this. Put 1/4 cup Ritz and 1/4 cup cheese. Top with almonds. Pour juice from asparagus and milk over entire mixture. Place remaining butter around edge of dish. Bake at 350 degrees until golden brown.
