CHEESEBURGER PIE 
1/3 c. butter
1 c. cheddar cheese
2 tbsp. minced onion
1/4 c. ketchup
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 1/3 c. crushed wheat crackers
1 lb. hamburger
1/2 tsp. seasoning salt
1 tbsp. mustard

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place butter in 9 inch pie plate. Stir in crushed crackers. Blend well to coat crumbs. Remove 1/2 cup crumbs for topping. Spread remaining crumbs evenly on pie pan. Sprinkle half of the cheese over crust.

In skillet, brown hamburger. Add onion, cook over low heat for 5 minutes. Drain fat. Cool mixture for 5 minutes. Stir in salt, ketchup, mustard and egg. Spread over crust. Sprinkle reserved crumbs around edges of meat. Sprinkle rest of cheese in center. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until heated throughout. Microwave for 6 to 8 minutes. Yield: 5 to 6 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
