LAYERED SALAD 
1 head lettuce, broken up
2 bunches fresh spinach, broken up
Sm. bunch green onions, with tops, diced
1/2 pkg. frozen peas, uncooked
1/2 lb. bacon, fried and crumbled
6 hard boiled eggs, cut up

DRESSING:

1 pkg. Ranch dressing mix
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. sour cream

Layer the first six ingredients in a very large bowl. Mix dressing separately and spread over salad as if icing a cake. Cover and place in refrigerator at least 8 hours, better if overnight. Before serving, shake to toss. (Leftovers are just as good the next day).
