1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. coconut
1/2 to 1 c. chopped pecans

FROSTING:

1 lb. powdered sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. cocoa
1 stick butter
1/2 to 1 c. chopped pecans
