3 egg whites
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts - not too sm.
20 Ritz crackers, crunched, not rolled
Cool Whip

Beat egg whites until stiff. Add sugar gradually then vanilla. Add crackers and nuts. Blend well. Pour into a well buttered 9 inch glass pie pan. Bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes. When cool spread with whipped cream. Let stand in refrigerator for several hours.
