CHICKEN BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
3 or 4 c. cooked, chopped potatoes
About 3 c. cooked, skinned, boned white meat chicken - torn in lg. pieces
1 box frozen chopped broccoli, thawed

1/3 c. butter
1/4 c. cornstarch, dissolved in 1/2 c. water
1/3 c. chicken broth
2 c. milk

Cook until thick and then add 8 ounces Velveeta cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until bubbly.
