2/3 c. evaporated milk
1 2/3 c. sugar
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. salt

Mix well. Cook over medium heat until mixture comes to a boil. Continue to cook stirring constantly for 4 minutes. Remove from heat.

1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
1 1/2 semi sweet chocolate bits
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Mix quickly, just until marshmallows are melted. Spoon into a greased 9 inch square pan. Cool and cut into squares.
