1 (16 oz.) can of applesauce
8 oz. ground cinnamon or whatever spice you care for

Pour cinnamon into large bowl. Add a spoonful of applesauce and stir. Keep adding applesauce a little at a time, stirring until you've made a stiff dough. Roll out dough on waxed paper. Shape as desired or cut with cookie cutters. Place hole on top so you can put a ribbon or string through them. Let dry on waxed paper, untouched for several days.
