BISCUITS 
2 1/2 lbs. flour, all purpose (5 c.)
2 1/2 oz. baking powder (5 tbsp.)
1 tbsp. salt
10 oz. fat (1 1/3 c. and 1 tbsp.)
1 qt. milk

Mix dry ingredients.

Add fat. Mix (low speed) until crumbly. Add milk all at once. Mix low speed thoroughly. Knead lightly 15 to 20 times. Roll to 1/2 inch thickness. Cut with glass 2 to 2 1/2 inch diameter. Place on baking sheet 1/2 inch apart. Cook in 425 degree oven for 10 to 12 minutes.
