CHICKEN ON A BUN 
3 cloves garlic
1/4 c. lowfat mayonnaise
1 tsp. finely grated lemon zest
Freshly ground pepper to taste
2 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
2 tsp. olive oil
4 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
Hamburger buns
Lettuce

Mix and refrigerate until ready to use: 3 cloves garlic, 1/4 cup lowfat mayonnaise, 1 teaspoon lemon zest and ground pepper.

Brush each chicken breast with oil, drizzle with lemon juice and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place under the broiler, 4 inches from heat, and cook for 4-5 minutes until cooked through but still moist. Open buns and toast lightly. Spread both sides of buns with prepared garlic mayonnaise. Lay a chicken breast on the bottom of each bun and top with lettuce.
